We host nine internal competitions each season, as well as participating in several external competitions. It can a daunting prospect to put your images forward for open critique and judging, however, this is an excellent way to learn how to improve your photography.
All of our competitions are judged by judges affiliated with the PAGB and come from outside our club.
We use Photoentry for image submission. Members can request an account by emailing the Internal Competition Secretary
Competition RULES
We have a set of rules that govern our competitions.
Internal League Competitions
The internal league competition consists of six rounds and is open to all paid-up members. There are three set subject rounds and three open rounds, alternating between the two. There is a print section and a PDI section in every round.
Members may enter a maximum of 4 entries into each round (max 2 PDI and max 2 print images total per round)
